It's been raining like crazy the whole month it seems. I exaggerate ofcourse, but it's been awhile since we last saw some sunshine. Oh the monsoon season.. And it's only August! Hopefully this is the worst of it. When I was still in school I used to love it when it rained. Back then a little rain makes a puddle, not an ankle-deep flood. Heavy rains made for knee-deep floods but people didn't have to evacuate their homes for fear of flash floods. I'm not old enough to be saying " back then.." but the weather has changed so drastically that yes, my "back then" is totally different from what it is now. But I still remember the reasons why I love the rainy season because it hasn't really been that long ago.
